We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Researcher to join our team. The Researcher will play a crucial role in identifying, curating, and updating information on funding opportunities, donor agencies, and relevant resources for NGOs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Funding Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new and existing funding opportunities for NGOs across diverse sectors and geographical locations.
- Database Management: Regularly update and maintain our comprehensive database of funding sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
- Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights and analysis on trends in the funding landscape, donor priorities, and other relevant information to support strategic decision-making.
- Resource Compilation: Contribute to the development of resource materials, including reports, articles, and guides, based on research findings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content and outreach teams to provide accurate and timely information for website content and newsletters.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of developments in the NGO sector, international development, and donor policies to enhance the quality of research.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the NGO sector, fundraising concepts, and donor landscape.
- Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and other research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

**Duration**:
1 year trainee position with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
