Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and conduct lab sessions on key topics such as:

- Data Analytics for Business
- Business Intelligence
- Predictive Modeling
- Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Excel for Decision Making
- Basics of Python/R for Business Students
- Design course modules, assessments, and learning outcomes aligned with industry needs
- Guide students in analytics-driven projects and internships
- Engage in academic research and contribute to conferences and journals
- Collaborate with peers on curriculum development and academic events
- Encourage the practical use of data in solving real-life business problems

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:

- MBA/ BTech in Business Analytics / Analytics / Operations / Finance / Marketing with strong data skills (mandatory)
- PhD (preferred) in Business Analytics, Management, Operations Research, or a related domain
- Certification in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) will be an added advantage

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed university or business school

Desired Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of analytics concepts with real-world business context
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Python
- Ability to simplify complex analytics concepts for management students
- Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills
- A research-oriented mindset with publication experience (preferred)

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
