We are currently hiring General Supervisor - Quality Control & Upkeep / Operations Executive for our office in Dehradun.

**Position**:General Supervisor - Quality Control & Upkeep / Operations Executive

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Location**:Dehradun (On-Site)

**No. of Vacancy**: 1

**Experience**: 3 - 4 Years in similar Role

**Salary**:Salary shall be commensurate with relevant experience, skills and last salary drawn

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct and manage quality inspections of all hotel areas.
- Ensure consistent cleanliness and maintenance of guest and public spaces.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions for workspace upkeep.
- Train staff on cleaning protocols, health, safety, and guest service standards.
- Address guest concerns swiftly and maintain high-quality service.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- Experience in a supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
