Role Objective
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships to grow part load and full load business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Identify and acquire new clients for part load and full load services
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Negotiate and finalize contracts / agreements
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular MIS / reports
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Resolve customer queries and logistics issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development experience (Logistics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of transportation & logistics (Part load / Full load business)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client handling skills
- Ability to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Must have own vehicle and smartphone
