Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient loan disbursal, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in LAP (Loan Against Property),home loan sales, mortgage loans and other financial products.
  • Develop strategies for business growth through effective field sales activities and DSA (Direct Sales Agent) handling.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Oversee branch administration tasks such as inventory management, record-keeping, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with expertise in LAP (Loan Against Property),home loan sales, mortgage loans and other financial products.
  • Strong understanding of urban retail banking concepts and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop targeted sales strategies.
