Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some tasks to be completed remotely. As a B2B Sales Manager for HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), Beverages & Institutional Sales, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include identifying and approaching potential clients, building and managing strong relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to market analysis, sales forecasting, and business planning efforts. Qualifications - Proven experience in B2B sales and client relationship management, specifically in the HoReCa and beverages sector - Strong skills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business planning - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities - Ability to work independently in a hybrid role and meet or exceed sales targets - Proficiency in CRM tools and other digital platforms used for sales analytics and client management - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Familiarity with the beverage industry and existing networks within HoReCa and institutional sales channels is a plus
