Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Manager role based in Bengaluru South. The B2B Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, driving sales operations, and building strong relationships with clients. The role includes creating and implementing business plans, analyzing market opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with teams to enhance partnerships and grow business. The B2B Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients to ensure their needs are met. Qualifications - Proficiency in Business Planning and ability to develop strategies for growth - Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and identifying opportunities - Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and foster lasting relationships - Experience in Customer Service and a customer-focused mindset - Proven expertise in Sales Operations and the ability to meet business targets - Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills - Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to dynamic work environments - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the digital marketing or web development industry is a plus
