Job Description About the Role Cloudhire is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager B2B to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR tech sales. You will be responsible for converting high-quality, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients and driving revenue growth for Cloudhire. Your primary focus will be on lead conversion, building trusted relationships, and delivering impactful staffing and talent solutions to businesses. Key Responsibilities - Convert provided qualified leads into active clients through effective pitching, follow-ups, and consultative discussions. - Manage the complete B2B sales cyclefrom first contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure. - Present Cloudhire's staffing and recruitment offerings to HR heads, business leaders, and CXO-level stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and sustained partnerships. - Collaborate with delivery, operations, and marketing teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Keep track of sales metrics with timely reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. - Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights to identify upsell and growth opportunities. - Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets. Requirements - 46 years of B2B sales or business development experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, job boards, or related industries. - Demonstrated success in converting leads and closing B2B deals. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive consultative sales conversations. - Proven understanding of staffing/recruitment sales processes and client expectations. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working on-site at Cloudhire's Gurugram office.
