This role is responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing sales through inbound and outbound communications. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and chat to qualify leads and drive sales. - Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on marketing-generated leads. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative solutions to customer needs. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. - Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies and messaging. - Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. - Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - 3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service experience (B2B or B2C). - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Nice to Have: - Experience in [your industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, etc.]. - Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling. - Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
