B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard B2B clients including educational institutions, corporate buyers, distributors, and resellers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, pitching, negotiation to closure.
Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with key accounts.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth in the B2B segment.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to deliver customized solutions.
Use CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) to track leads, sales pipelines, and client communication.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
4-8 years of B2B sales experience in art supplies, stationery, FMCG, or consumer goods.
Proven track record in institutional or wholesale sales.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel.
