Business Development Executive Location Green Park New Delhi In-Office Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and outreach efforts for the Building Epic Brands program designed for brand-builders including strategists consultants brand marketing professionals creative professionals and founders across industries As part of the program team you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing leads establishing partnerships and driving program enrollments This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a globally recognized brand development program What You ll Do - Identify and engage potential clients through a combination of phone calls emails and networking - Qualify leads and conduct consultative sales calls to assess program fit and needs - Guide prospects through the Building Epic Brands program clearly explaining its benefits and enrollment process - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and outreach efforts - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners increasing engagement with the Building Epic Brands program - Track and report progress conversions and market feedback using CRM tools - Participate in creating sales collateral and marketing materials to support outreach efforts Who We re Looking For - 1-3 years of sales or business development experience is desirable - Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively - Proven ability to manage relationships follow up diligently and convert prospects into clients - Comfortable in a consultative sales environment with a professional demeanor - Highly organized self-motivated and results-driven - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals - A passion for branding marketing and strategic growth initiatives - Available to work full-time from our Green Park office What You ll Gain - 1-3 years hands-on experience in consultative sales and business development within the education or branding sector - Exposure to high-level decision-makers and professionals across industries - Real-time feedback and mentorship from experienced leaders in branding and sales - Insight into the strategic thinking and execution behind top-tier professional programs - Opportunities for career advancement and long-term growth within the organization ref updazz com
