Business Development ExecutiveExperience 1-2 YearsSalary 2 5-3 LPACompany DescriptionEleva8e Digital is a boutique digital agency located in New Delhi focused on partnering with select clientele to deliver meaningful results The company prides itself on its agility adaptive approach and hands-on strategy to meet the unique needs of each partner and drive success Role Description - We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing agency - The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services and a talent for identifying new business opportunities driving sales and developing strategies that boost client growth and engagement nurturing client relationships and generating new business Responsibilities - Reaching out to prospect and understanding their digital marketing requirements - Identify approach and secure new business opportunities in line with the digital agency s services - Design and implement lead generation strategies using digital channels SEO social media PPC email marketing to attract qualified leads - Schedule a meeting between the client and expert team for a deep dive expert discussion - Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client portfolio - Document the client requirements in detail to be able to work on strategy and proposal - Collaborate with the internal team to develop presentations proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives - Create compelling sales pitches presentations and proposals that highlight the agency s strengths and demonstrate the value of its digital services - Develop and manage a structured digital sales pipeline to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement - Maintain client communication over email for minutes of meeting and company credentials - Conduct market research to identify trends client needs and competitive insights - Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in IT Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field - 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with a focus on business development sales or digital growth - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO PPC content marketing social media and email marketing - Proven experience in sales strategies lead generation and business development within a digital marketing agency - Fundamental understanding of digital services like Website Development Google Ads Facebook Ads SEO Social Media and email marketing - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate insights and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment ref updazz com
