Roles and responsibilities:

 Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.

 Generate and develop new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls with existing and new clients

 Passionately evangelize our products and services to develop relationships with sales prospects.

 To achieve the sales targets based on the past history of the allotted accounts.

 To ensure that the old outstanding payments of their allotted accounts are under control.

 Regular Communication with potential clients over the phone, email, text, and in-person to follow up on the project status.

 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

 Ensure satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns in timely manner.

Required Skills:

 Exceptional verbal and written communication; interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

 Familiarity with Negotiations & other sales tactics.

 Business goal oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.

 Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management to perform multi task and remain calm under pressure.

 Person should have a learning attitude

 Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative. Freshers with the right attitude and good communication skills are welcome.
