Looking for E-Commerce Executive/Senior Executive(Female Only) with 2 to 7 yrs of relevant experience for Housewares /Appliances E-Commerce Company, Pitampura, Delhi.

  • Key Responsibilities :

Product Listing & Content Management

Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and our own website.

Ensure accurate product information, images, pricing, keywords, and backend data for maximum visibility.

  • E-Commerce Operations

Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.

Track order processing, returns, cancellations, and overall seller account health.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.

  • Campaigns & Promotions

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team to implement sponsored ads, coupons, and discounts.

  • Performance Tracking

Monitor sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.

Provide weekly dashboards and insights to support business decisions.

  • Customer Experience

Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings; coordinate with customer support for resolutions.

Implement strategies to enhance product ratings and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordination & Communication

Liaise with internal teams (marketing, design, supply chain, finance) for smooth execution.

Work with marketplace account managers for better placements and growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in home and kitchen category

Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.) and e-commerce CMS platforms.

Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart advertising dashboards (PPC campaigns is a plus).

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
