Job Summary

We're seeking a results-driven e-commerce executive to join our team.

You will manage our e-commerce operations and strategy and be a crucial team member in driving organizational growth. For this, you will manage our online store and marketplaces to optimize product listings, and work closely with various departments to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Role & responsibilities

  • Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to enhance product listing quality and customer experience.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, product listing quality, product performance, inventory status and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimizing product listing quality through product titles, description, meta data, A+ content, to ensure customers find what they are looking for faster and easier.
  • Maintaining consistency across marketplaces for product listings including pricing, and other listing details.
  • Monitor website functionality and maintain consistency in product listings.
  • Plan and manage inventory levels across marketplaces to lower OOS rates and maximize order fulfillment

Required skills and qualifications

  • Any Bachelors degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as an e-commerce executive or a listing manager
  • Strong understanding of online sales platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Tata Cliq)
  • Expertise in listing optimization on marketplaces.
  • Proficient in reporting tools on Marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra and Blinkit etc.
  • Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
