Job Title: Shopify / E-commerce Executive

Location: Rohini, New Delhi

Experience: 1 – 2 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Shopify / E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling a live Shopify store and a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, apps, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, collections, and content updates.
  • Handle integrations and API setups for third-party tools such as Shiprocket, payment gateways, and Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Plan and execute discounts, coupons, and promotional offers within Shopify.
  • Implement and monitor cross-selling and up-selling strategies to boost average order value.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping updates, and returns through Shiprocket and other logistics partners.
  • Analyze store performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness to optimize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams for website banners, product visuals, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure timely product uploads, inventory management, and data accuracy across the platform.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify or other e-commerce platform.
  • Familiar with Shopify Admin, Apps, and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows including product setup, order processing, and promotions.
  • Knowledge of Shiprocket, coupon management, and cross-sell / up-sell techniques.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, product tagging, and web analytics.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Simple Bundles, , or similar Shopify apps.
  • Understanding of Shopify Liquid, basic HTML/CSS (optional but a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Zoho CRM will be an advantage.
