Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering investment advice and tailored solutions.
- Generate revenue through broking activities, advisory, and cross-selling of financial products (Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, Insurance, etc.).
- Monitor clients portfolios and provide timely recommendations based on market trends and research.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.) and internal company policies.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and business targets.
- Assist clients in online and offline trading platforms and resolve queries promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, investment reviews, and market updates.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- NISM certification (Series V) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in stock broking, financial advisory, or wealth management.
- Freshers with strong finance background and good communication skills may also be considered.
