Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing investment advice, and handling client inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing financial solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous engagement. The role also involves coordinating with various internal departments to offer the best possible services to clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships
- Knowledge in financial products and services, and the ability to provide investment advice
- Analytical skills for conducting market research and financial analysis
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and financial tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus
- Ability to work on-site and be available for client meetings and discussions in Lucknow
