Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing ASOs (Associate Sales Officers) and BDOs (Business Development Officers) while actively engaging in frontline sales. The candidate should have prior sales experience and be comfortable with field sales activities. Previous experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Sales & Client Relationship Management:

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a sales pipeline.

Recruitment & Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and manage ASOs and BDOs to build a strong sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance monitoring to ensure target achievement.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Work towards individual and team-based targets.

Field Sales & Execution:

  • Engage in frontline sales activities and support the sales team in field operations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of sales processes and customer onboarding.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Insurance, healthcare, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or medical services.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak sale periods.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Prior experience in selling health cards, insurance, OPD services, or hospital tie-ups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with field sales and client interactions.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolution of queries.
  • Work closely with customer support teams to enhance client satisfaction
