Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing financial advice, selling financial products and services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, offering suitable financial solutions, conducting market research, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for generating new business through networking and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Products and Services, including equities, derivatives, and commodities
  • Sales and Marketing experience
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and analysis
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the stock broking industry is a plus
