- Share renewal data and ensure timely follow-up on policy renewals
- Assess risk factors and make informed business decisions to ensure profitability

Agent Management

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with agents
- Conduct regular product training and cross-selling sessions
- Gather feedback, resolve agent issues, and ensure a high level of agent satisfaction
