Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Siliguri. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients and partners, and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, client meetings, proposal development, and performance tracking. The role also involves providing insights and feedback to improve services and products, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Market research and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Willingness to travel as required
