Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Siliguri. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market research, sales, and business development strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
