Company Overview

Ralakde Automation is a growing industrial electronics company operating across the UK, Europe, and India. We specialize in buying, selling, and repairing automation equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, CNC systems, and more. We are currently developing our own internal business platform and are looking for a dedicated full stack developer to join our in-house team in Siliguri.

Job Summary

We're building a modern business SaaS platform for which we need a skilled Full Stack Developer. This includes integrating AI tools, managing backend workflows, and handling data imports. The developer will work closely with the operations and management team to implement features as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable web apps using React, Tailwind, Django, and DRF.
  • Build clean REST APIs and manage PostgreSQL databases.
  • Integrate Redis, Celery, and TanStack for async tasks and data management.
  • Use GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for faster and smarter development.
  • Familiarity with both monilithic and microservices architecture.

Requirements

  • Strong in React, Tailwind CSS, Django, DRF, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Redis, Celery, and TanStack Query.
  • Knowledge of Git, Github, Linux and development workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for coding and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Hands-on development experience
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Must be able to work full-time from our Siliguri office
