Job Description:

Be the bridge between our clients and the brand. The CRM will ensure every customer receives a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery — maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
  • Oversee project operations, client updates, and service coordination.
  • Lead the internal team for timely execution of client requirements.
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or team coordination.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Bengali/Nepali a plus).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office or CRM tools.
