About Us:

Light Art Studio is a premium decorative lighting brand known for elegant and creative lighting solutions for luxury homes, hotels, and commercial spaces. As we expand to Siliguri, we're looking for a dynamic In-Store Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our lighting showroom — assisting walk-in clients, explaining lighting options, and creating a premium in-store experience aligned with our luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally.
  • Present and explain lighting products, finishes, and applications.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
  • Manage sales inquiries, follow-ups, and billing processes.
  • Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure a top-tier visual experience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail, or customer service (luxury, lighting, or home décor preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Bengali/Nepali preferred).
  • Confident, well-groomed, and passionate about design.
  • Basic computer and POS/billing software knowledge.
  • Flexible to work weekends and showroom hours.

Salary: Competitive – as per industry standards

Location: Light Art Studio, Sikkim Plaza, 3rd Mile, Sevoke Road, Siliguri
