We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable female candidate for the position of Sales Coordinator. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling sales orders, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for satisfaction, reorders, and retention.
  • Contact and interact with new customers to generate business and convert it into sales.
  • Build strong long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
  • Maintain updated customer databases and interaction records.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Guide and support junior sales staff whenever required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or related roles.
  • The candidate should be Smart, confident and have an attractive personality.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Languages Known: Bengali (mandatory), Hindi, English
