Job Description Company Description Universal IT E-waste Recycling specializes in the ethical and responsible disposal and recycling of electronic waste (e-waste) in compliance with Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) regulations across India. The company provides services such as E-waste Disposal (IT & Non-IT) HDD degaussing, hard disk wiping, and office dismantling with a focus on secure data erasure and environmentally friendly practices. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in South Delhi & BTM 2nd stage, Bengaluru. The Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate and follow up on leads, conduct market research, and support revenue growth strategies. Key responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with clients, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation in E-waste field - Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in e-waste management or related industries is must.
