Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Executive based in Ghaziabad. The role includes identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and drive growth strategies. This position requires an active engagement with salon owners and other stakeholders in the beauty and hair-care industry to expand market outreach. Qualifications - Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Strong skills in Business operations and strategic planning - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in Account Management and client relationship building - Proactive approach with problem-solving skills - Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad with a flexible and dynamic team - Previous experience in the beauty or hair-care industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
