The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: - Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn and other professional networks. - Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies. - Arrange meetings and presentations to showcase our commercial leasing offerings. 2. Market Research: - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity. - Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. - Understanding of Delhi NCR market, potential new markets which brands will target. 3. Client Relationship Management: - Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 2. Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in LinkedIn and other professional networks. 3.
