Position: Business Development (Sales) Executive Location: Delhi | Field Sales | Monday to Saturday CTC: 3.6 LPA (Laptop required) What You'll Do As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our growth journeyconnecting with educational institutions and corporate clients to share our vision and drive program adoption. Your Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert leads in the education and corporate sectors. Institutional Sales: Conduct in-person meetings with schools, colleges, and organizations. Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to enhance pitch effectiveness. What We're Looking For: Experience: 12 years in education sector sales. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals. People Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and presentation software. Communication: Clear, compelling speaker with strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
