We work closely with top-tier OEMs in aluminum extrusion, recycling technologies, and battery recycling, helping bridge global innovation with Indian industrial execution. Role Overview Technical Business Development Executive This is a full-time, on-site position based across Eastern, Western, and Southern India, requiring extensive travel and field engagement. The role focuses on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing existing client relationships. The Technical Business Development Executive will be responsible for: - Driving strategic outreach and business communication across diverse industrial regions. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to support long-term growth. - Promoting Ni-De Tech LLP's services within the aluminum and recycling sectors. - Conducting market research to uncover emerging opportunities and industry trends. - Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecyclefrom initial contact to post-sales support. This role demands a proactive mindset, technical acumen, and the ability to translate global innovation into localized industrial success. Qualifications - Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation - Proven ability in Business and Account Management, with a focus on client retention and growth - Strong command of business communication, both verbal and written - Prior experience in the industrial sector, especially within Aluminium, Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, and Recycling domains, is highly desirable - Consistent achievement of sales targets, with a readiness to undertake extensive travel across regions - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. -
