Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Executive (Mechanical / Automotive) located in Chennai, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing growth strategies. The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence. Qualifications - Need to local travel 15-20 days in a month - New Business Development and Lead Generation skills - Strong Communication and Business skills - Experience in Account Management - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Experience in the mechanical or automotive industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field. MBA in marketing is added advantage
