Job Description We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and explore new business opportunities. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching solutions, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities: - Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. - Manage domestic & international client relationships. - Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve targets. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Provide regular sales reports and insights. Requirements: - 12 years experience in Business Development / Sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Rs.25,000-38,000 + performance incentives offered.
