Job Title Executive Chef Location NH12 Hasadanga Mayapur Dhubulia West Bengal 741140 Job Type Full-Time Department Food Beverage Kitchen Operations Reports To General Manager Director of Operations Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to manage a dynamic team You will be responsible for menu planning ensuring food quality controlling costs and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff and culinary operations Develop and update innovative menus that reflect our brand and customer preferences Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation Monitor food costs kitchen supplies and inventory to maintain budget Implement and maintain hygiene safety and sanitation standards HACCP compliance Train mentor and schedule kitchen team members to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with management for special events catering and seasonal promotions Source and manage relationships with food suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness Handle kitchen administration including reports payroll input and compliance paperwork Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a professional kitchen Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards Experience with budgeting inventory control and staff scheduling Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices Preferred Skills Experience in hotel fine-dining or high-volume restaurant operations Knowledge of food trends dietary requirements and sustainability practices Basic computer skills Microsoft Office kitchen management software What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for career growth and development Meals on duty and stay facility If you re a passionate culinary professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic kitchen environment we d love to hear from you Apply Now Insert email or link Application Deadline Insert Date Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
