-Regional Sales ManagerThe Rapaport Group is an international network of companies providing added-value services that support the development of fair transparent efficient and competitive diamond and jewellery markets RapNet com is a prominent online diamond trading network where diamond professionals can buy and sell diamonds and jewellery It is widely used in the diamond industry for its comprehensive listing of diamonds and up-to-date pricing information RapNet is a part of the Rapaport Group which is known for publishing the Rapaport Diamond Report a widely respected price list for diamonds Your responsibilities Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analysing sales options Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and competitors Prepares reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks benchmarking state-of-the-art practices Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Individual contributor who can grow a business exponentially Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry Skills and Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience preferably from the Gems Jewellery Industry Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field Proven track record of meeting sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques Experience in lead generation and prospecting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Strong time management and organizational skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity and professionalism Customer-focused with a strong business acumen Willingness to travel for client meetings Language Known - English Local language is a plus Salary Range - As per industry standards INR
