Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – South
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – South to lead and expand our business across South India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships. Your insights and leadership will be key to achieving growth targets and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and TSI teams to deliver strong regional performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Expand distribution networks to ensure effective market coverage in urban and rural areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to enhance brand loyalty.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan promotions and market activations.
- Ensure smooth territory management, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading multi-level sales teams within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in territory management and distribution expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in South India.
- Strong analytical ability and experience using data to improve sales outcomes.
- Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Multilingual skills and computer literacy are preferred.
- Experience in industries like food, soaps, detergents, or confectionery is a plus.
