Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – South

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – South to lead and expand our business across South India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building high-performing teams, and strengthening customer relationships. Your insights and leadership will be key to achieving growth targets and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and TSI teams to deliver strong regional performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Expand distribution networks to ensure effective market coverage in urban and rural areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to plan promotions and market activations.
  • Ensure smooth territory management, inventory planning, and pricing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading multi-level sales teams within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and distribution expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in South India.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience using data to improve sales outcomes.
  • Expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Multilingual skills and computer literacy are preferred.
  • Experience in industries like food, soaps, detergents, or confectionery is a plus.
