Sales Manager - Industrial Sales Company Name Rawalwasia Textile Industries Pvt Ltd Industry Coal Job Title Sales Manager - Industrial Sales Hours Full-time Location Mumbai MP Gujarat Job Purpose The Sales Manager s B2B Industrial Raw material sales primary role is to procure sales orders for coal used as raw material in B2B designated regions The SM role primarily targets companies using boilers and other heating systems that rely on coal or alternative energy sources SMs have individual sales targets and are responsible for selling imported coal SM has to be self-directed to meet personal sales targets SMs are periodically monitored to assess performance and sales skills Candidates should demonstrate leadership skills in selling to new markets Job Duties The job requires a daily commute to meet clients located at different locations Visit the head office and plant site and convince purchase officers and management for sales Communicate and implement the Client s vision mission and overall sales objectives Demonstrate leadership integrity accountability teamwork and a self-directed approach toward acquiring sales orders and closing business Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and sales Achieve predetermined Monthly sales targets Identify select and coordinate with potential clients through his skill and network Generated leads and inquiries and identified opportunities relevant to coal sales Work closely with customer service quality control operations safety and credit Conducted field plant and head office visits for the allotted client list and executed selling parameters that conform to SMs SOPs Preparation and submission of proposals with the support of the backend team Achieving technical and commercial closure with clients Attending and closing client negotiations Possess knowledge and ability to interact with sub-vendors suppliers Conduct presentations at client premises Support the backend team in fulfilling documentation requirements about sales orders After receiving training report daily tasks in CRM CCR sales order processing inquiries party allocation operational CRM and other online sales-tracking tools Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients Can get work orders from respective clients related to industries that use coal as a fuel source Differentiate sales pitch and strategy for Industrial Corporate and SME clients leads Coordinate actively within the sales department to fulfil and execute coal sales Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Do problem-solving for unloading on client-site Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Travel to meet with designated clients and attend industry-specific events Build network contacts with purchase procurement persons of various industries of Distilleries cement plants fertilisers chemicals textiles paper mills sugar mills and others Staying current with local government regulations and having experience handling a team are mandatory requirements Required Qualifications Education Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field Experience Experience of 3 to 5 years of B2B industrial sales experience is preferable Knowledge Data Comprehension Sales Strategy Expert Proficient in Hindi and the regional language of the region Skills Analytical Skill Expert Communication Expert Customer Service Expert Decision Making Expert Leadership Skills Expert Negotiation Skills Expert Logical Reasoning Expert Numerical Reasoning Expert Problem Solving Expert Team Work Expert Time Management Expert Attributes Accountability Expert Adaptability Expert Growth Mindset Integrity Expert Relationship Building Expert Perks and Benefits Competitive salary We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes leave encashment bonus etc There are opportunities for career advancement within the organization Ongoing training and development programs Training Induction 1 month of training and induction program will be conducted without pay Number of Vacancies 2 Ideal Start Date As soon as possible
