Job Description We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our marketing of petroleum products including Furnace Oil, LDO, LSHS, Bitumen, Emulsion, Lubricants, and White Oils across Maharashtra and Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key client relationships, and driving new business growth. Proven experience in petroleum or industrial product sales, along with strong communication and leadership skills, will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure sectors for petroleum and bitumen-based products. Sales & Revenue Achievement Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring profitability and timely collections. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build rapport with new clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Coordination & Operations Coordinate with HPCL depots, transporters, and internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Team Management (for Sales Manager role) Lead, guide, and motivate a small team of sales executives to achieve assigned targets and ensure field discipline. Reporting & Documentation Prepare sales reports, maintain customer databases, and ensure all commercial documentation (quotations, e-way bills, tax invoices, etc.) is in compliance with company and GST norms. Key Skills Sales Manager - Proven experience in sales and marketing of petroleum, bitumen, or industrial products - Strong business development and client relationship management skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with fluency in Hindi and Marathi - Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujarat Compensation : 5lakhs to 7 lakhs PA as per industry norms + Commission + Conveyance. Eligibility - Age: Minimum 30 years. - Education: Graduate/Undergraduate. - Experience: Proven track record in sales of petroleum, petrochemical, or bitumen products.
