Job Title Customer Support ExecutiveLocation Bangalore IndiaExperience 3 to 5 YearsWork Timings US Shift Night Shift Employment Type Full-TimeAbout the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in AWS and Azure environments You will be responsible for addressing technical queries troubleshooting issues and delivering high-quality support to our US-based clients Key Responsibilities - Handle customer interactions via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS and Azure infrastructure and services- Provide accurate and efficient solutions by leveraging cloud platform knowledge- Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams with proper documentation- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and cloud technologies- Log and track customer issues using CRM and ticketing tools- Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction and issue resolutionRequirements - 3 to 5 years of experience in customer support roles with exposure to US clients- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure certification is a plus - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment- Experience using support tools like Zendesk Freshdesk or similar CRMs- Willingness to work in US time zone Night Shift Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or any related field- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals- Prior experience in tech support for SaaS or cloud-based platforms ref updazz com
