**Position**: Customer Support Executive
**Job Location**: Bangalore (Work from Office - Mandatory)
**Shift**: US Shift (Night Shift | Rotational Week Offs)
**Experience Required**: 6 Months - 5 Years
**Salary**: ₹28,000 - ₹60,000 CTC per month (based on experience)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **customer interactions** via inbound/outbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records and outcomes in the tool.
- Ensure **high-quality communication**, including confident call opening and closing.
- Follow **client holidays** (not Indian public holidays unless specified).

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Excellent Communication Skills** (English)
- **Versant Score**: 58 or above (mandatory)
- **PF history** in the last 2 organizations
- Willingness to work in **night shifts (US hours: 5 PM - 7 AM IST)**:

- Comfortable with **weekend working** (rotational shifts)
- Must be based in **Bangalore**:

- Minimum 1-year experienced undergraduates can also apply

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **US contact center operations**:

- Exposure to **international voice process**:

- Customer Support / Contact Centre background

**Salary Structure**
- 6 months ------------------- ₹28,000
- 7 months - 3 yrs ------------------- ₹30,000 - ₹40,000
- 3 - 5 years ------------------- ₹40,000 - ₹60,000

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
