**Job Title: International Customer Support Specialist (Chat & Voice)**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of customer problems, including technical issues, billing inquiries, product questions, and service-related concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- **Escalation**: Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the customer's needs and providing feedback to internal teams to help improve products and services.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, improve processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as first-contact resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and average handle time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
