**Hiring Immediate Joiners**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer interactions efficiently across various processes such as FKBO, Berger, PhonePe, Acer, and more.
- Deliver excellent customer service in English and additional languages as required by the process.
- Work in rotational shifts, adhering to the scheduled hours and rotational offs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and process guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **FKBO, PhonePe PCS, PhonePe Inbound, Acer**: Any Graduate with at least 1 year of experience. Fluency in English (Versant Level 4) and Hindi is required.
- **ECommerce Field Marketing**: Graduation is mandatory with a minimum of 6 months experience in sales or a related field. Fluency in English and any additional language is required.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **FKBO**: Up to ₹27,000/- per month.
- **Berger**: Up to ₹19,300/- per month.
- **PhonePe PCS & PhonePe Inbound**: Up to ₹24,000/- per month.
- **Acer**: Up to ₹25,000/- per month.
- **ECommerce Field Marketing**: Up to ₹35,000/- per month, with additional quarterly bonuses of ₹4,000, travel allowance up to ₹3,000, mobile reimbursement of ₹500, and incentives up to ₹3,000.

**Shift and Working Days**:

- **FKBO, Berger, Acer**: Rotational shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM, with a 9-hour and 45-minute workday. 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
- **PhonePe PCS & PhonePe Inbound**: Females: Rotational shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM; Males: 24/7 rotational shifts. 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
- **ECommerce Field Marketing**: Flexibility required with willingness to work in the field.
