- **Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about our products, services, policies, and procedures, as well as relevant medical developments and industry trends. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills to enhance your effectiveness in providing customer support.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other members of the customer support team, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer service delivery.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer interactions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing healthcare customer support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a medical field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences) or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a healthcare or medical-related setting, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others, coupled with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts.
