Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and representing the company in a professional and positive manner. Their role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing information about products and services
- Processing orders, modifications, and escalations
- Building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and understand customer needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various customer situations
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Proactive and resourceful approach to customer care
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,843.81 - ₹15,000.00 per month
