**Job Title - Customer care Executive**

**Experience - 1 to 3 years**

**Location - HSR Layout. Bangalore**

**Languges - Kannada. English. Hindi.**

**Gender - Only Female.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Make calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and inbound calls to existing customers
- **Provide information**: Explain the company's products and services, and answer customer questions
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- **Generate sales**: Close deals by using persuasive techniques
- **Provide customer service**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- **Maintain records**: Keep accurate records of calls made and sales made
- **Report**: Report on conversations, observations, and analysis to the team lead
- **Follow up**: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the company's products
- **Improve customer experience**: Collect data on customer feedback and relay it to the relevant divisions

**Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills and customer handling skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Fluent communication skills in the local language

Industries Insurance companies, Credit card companies, Telemarketing firms, and Banks background also works.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
