Job description:
**About the Role**
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Customer Support Executives** to join our growing team. This role requires strong written communication skills, fast and accurate typing ability, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service. If you are a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience in support roles, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer queries and support requests efficiently.
- Communicate with customers primarily through written channels.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responses.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Freshers can apply; prior support experience is a plus.
- Strong written English skills.
- Typing speed**:45+ WPM** with at least **90% accuracy**.
- Commitment to stick with the role for the long term (frequent job hopping will be a red flag).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
