**Attendance Management**
- Monitor daily attendance of Corporate Office employees and forward daily attendance to HR
- Responsible for enrolling new employees into biometric system.
- Furnishing daily late-coming and early-going information of Corporate Office employees to Corporate HR team.
**Communication / Handling Tele Calls**
- Greet guests/visitors in a polite and professional manner and give personalized service.
- Attend to guest enquiries in an attentive and helpful manner.
- Attend Telephone calls, note message and route it to concerned personnel (Uses proper telephone etiquette)
- Receive and send fax.
- Ensure the conference room meetings do not overlap.
- Maintain correct security procedures.
- Uses proper mail, package, and message handling procedures.
- Maintain Visitor’s register, Telephone register, Courier Mail Register & other required registers at desk.
**Other related task**
- Responsible for the cleanliness & maintenance of the work area.
- Maintaining proper decorum at the front desk area.
- Perform other HR related jobs as per requirement.
- Façade cleaning
- Coffee beans ordering
