Receptionist/administrator

**Job description**:The receptionist/Administrator will be the face of our company, providing exceptional front line support to our clients and managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires a combination of customer service excellence and administrative skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office and client interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they receive a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients and staff, including managing a calendar and rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area, reflecting the high standards of our beauty company.
- Support administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained and restocked as necessary.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing company events, promotions, and special activities.
- Provide general support to the team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and other tasks as needed.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach, escalating issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Maintain and update the office’s visitor log and contact directory.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
