Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our visitors, clients, and team members while providing essential administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:
Welcome visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

Manage incoming calls, ensuring accurate routing and handling of inquiries.

Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area that reflects our brand.

Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Handle basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

Support the maintenance of office supplies and facilitate orders as needed.

Collaborate with different teams, facilitating smooth communication.

Assist with basic HR tasks and maintain employee records.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certification is a plus.

Previous reception or administrative experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with standard office equipment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Professional demeanor and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to manage various responsibilities and adapt to changes.
